The “Official Autographed Editions” of 250 figurines

In response to requests from our enthusiastic collectors, we are delighted to announce that The Trail of Painted Ponies has created the only "Official Autographed Editions" figurines. Serious collectors have been searching for a way to collect figurines that are hand-signed and hand-numbered by the artists that created the original works of art from The Trail of Painted Ponies... Now they can, and they are available exclusively through our website store!

There will be eight Painted Ponies in the Winter 2008 Autographed Editions and each will be special:

• These are the only "Official Autographed Editions" that the artists will hand-sign and hand-number.
• These Autographed Editions will be limited to 250 and will be sequentially numbered 1/250 - 250/250.
• An Official Certificate of Authenticity will accompany each autographed figurine.

Although no unicorn sightings have been reported in centuries, this mysteriously beautiful creature is alive and well in legend and myth, and in our hearts and minds. Believed to be a fabulous hybrid with the body of a white horse, the cloven hooves of a goat, a lion’s tail, and a slender, golden spiral horn on its forehead, the unicorn is an animal of good omen and magical qualities. It is reported to appear to true believers when the time is right. The perfect gift for unicorn lovers, "Wish Upon a Star" was created by the multi-talented artist who sculpted all the original Painted Pony horse forms.

Star is an award-winning Santa Fe-New Mexico sculptor known as much for her Native American and Wildlife subject matter, as her equine sculpture.
