The Trail of Painted Ponies is now bringing fine art to the world of collectibles and games of skill. Exquisite small replicas of the original Painted Ponies have taken the country by storm and have created a resurgence in collecting. "Horse Feathers" was originally created as a life-size Painted Pony by the New Mexico artist Kathy Morrow for The Trail of Painted Ponies public art project. It was then crafted into a collectible figurine with an exclusive, limited release.

Kathy is an artist who draws inspiration from her own experiences and those of her animal friends, then integrates elements from Native American legends to create striking compositions. She has adorned her running Appaloosa with a large feather on each side, on which are painted four smaller running Ponies in the four traditional colors: black, red, yellow and white.

"Horse Feathers" is a double-sized puzzle - over 36" long, made up of 900 pieces.
